About Us

Jus Imperator is an Online Journal (ISSN: 2456-9666) is quarterly, Double Blinded Peer Review, Academic Journal, published online, that seeks to provide an interactive forum for the publication of articles in the field of Law and management. We welcome submissions from academicians, practitioners, students, researchers and experts.

Jus Imperator publishes the following manuscripts:

Segment 1- Special Articles:
  • Any topic relating to law and management.
  • Articles particularly preferred by the Editorial Committee. Minimum Length (2000 words including footnotes).
Segment 2- Law of the future:
  • Reviews about any new Bill introduced relating to law and its research. Minimum Length - 2500 words (including footnotes).
Segment 3- Book Reviews/Case Comments:
  • Any new/revised book launched relating to law& policy or management. Minimum Length - 2000 words.
Segment 4- Original Research Articles (both imperative and theoretical)
Segment 5- Review Articles (Review on any topic with proper justification)
Segment 6- Short Communications (maximum 3000 words)
Segment 7- Case study

Submission Procedure

  • Submissions must be e-mailed to in .doc/.docx format along with a duly signed declaration that the article has not been published and/or is not in the course of being published in any journal, magazine, newspaper, website, etc.
  • Body: Font Size: 12; Font: Times New Roman; Line Spacing: 1.5 lines
  • Footnotes: Font Size: 10; Font: Times New Roman; Line Spacing: Single Paper: A-4 Margins: 2.54 cm on all sides
  • All footnotes/references in the submission must conform to the Bluebook (19th Edition) for all topics related to Law and to the APA format for all topics related to Management.
  • Co-authorship is permitted to a maximum of three authors.
  • Copyright over the published articles shall vest with JUS IMPERATOR.
  • Paper accept/reject notification - Out reviewer team will evaluate submitted research paper and give Notification of article accepted or not.
  • In the case of paper accepted, authors have to pay Publication fees , then paper would proceed for publication. In the case of paper rejection, author have to make the modification as per instruction given by our reviewer committee or if rejected then only once the reason would be informed to the author and no cross questioning would be entertained as the decision of the management will be final further then author would be free to sent the manuscript to other publication houses
